- "!" - The exclamation mark moves data from the lowest
yellow line to the red line of the T or P Chart. FastTrack immediately redraws all visible charts
according to the new red line. From that point the red line data can pretty much be treated
like any other red line data. Here are several example of wht you
would use the ! hot key:
- exporting as an FNU and adding the
FNU's ticker symbol to a family. After
doing the !, then right-click the red ColorBar cell and select
"Make FNU" / "Adjusted for Div".
- Creating a 10-day moving average. Display the P Chart. Hit !. The red
line of the T or P Chart will now hold the 10-Day moving average of the
former red line.
Limitation: The XXX' ticker symbol created by the ! may NOT be a family
member unless it exists as an FNU file. We suggest using the right-click
rename function on the ColorBar to give the XXX' symbol a pseudoticker
name that does not
include the ' quote character or duplicate any other symbol. Try ending the
ticker in A $ or & character.
Note Ver 3.4 enhancement: The user may select and ColorBar cell
to have the lowest yellow line data directed to that cell instead of the
Red Cell.
When the Mouse is in the Issue List (all Issue lists including the
Spreadsheet)
NOTE: These only work if the mouse is resting in the Issue List. If you click
the Issue List and move the mouse to the chart, then the keystroke go to the
chart, not the Issue List.
