Right-clicking on an issue list and selecting Save as Family or selecting Load Family. Pops up a larger Family Save/Load Dialog box to the left of the screen.
Loading Families Families are grouped into categories. Single-click the (+) on a category to see its members. Once expanded, Double-click on a family to select it. OR Enter a family name where the picture to the left shows FIDELITY, then hit enter<Enter> or click the load button. The selected family will be loaded into the Issue list.
Saving Families Enter the name of the family and it's description where indicated by NAME and DESCRIPTION. The name must be a valid file name under Windows 95/98/NT. For compatibility with FT for DOS (if you still use it) use a valid DOS file name (8 character max). Click the Save Fam button or hit the <Enter> key. NOTE: Hitting <Enter> before entering the description will save the family with no description. Use <Tab> to move from Name to Description.

New Families that you create yourself are always saved in the Personal Family Category.
All other family categories are predefined by FastTrack. These families are periodically refreshed in the daily download.
